We are looking for an experienced Operator/Driller based out of the Central Zone (Leduc, AB) who is willing to start on the spare/coverage list with potential for full-time work after break-up.
The primary purpose of this role is to operate drilling and hoisting equipment, manage the rig floor and driller's console, and supervise all members of the crew while on duty.

This instrumental role involves:
Overseeing all the well servicing rig processes and assist in training other crew
Operating joystick controls
Facilitating safety drills
Performing regular equipment checks
Ensuring all operations documentation is being completed
Other duties as assigned
